Shipping
Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same day from our Brooklyn warehouse. Ground delivery reaches most of the Northeast corridor the next business day. Freight is free on orders over $500; below that it is calculated at checkout by weight.
Returns
Defective units are credited within 30 days. For claims under five units we credit without asking for photographs. Above that we ask for a photo of the batch so we can raise it with the factory.
Payment terms
First three orders are prepaid. After that, approved accounts can request Net 30. Blind dropshipping is available on request — your name on the packing slip, not ours.
