Same-day dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day from our Brooklyn warehouse. Orders after the cutoff go out the next business day. We do not ship on Sundays or US public holidays.
Freight
- Orders over $500 — free ground shipping within the continental United States
- Orders under $500 — calculated at checkout by weight and destination
- Ground delivery reaches most of the Northeast corridor the next business day
Order minimum
The minimum order is $100. You can reach it with any mix of models, colours and categories — there is no minimum per SKU beyond a single piece.
International
We ship internationally on request. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Contact us before placing an international order so we can quote freight properly.
Blind dropshipping
Available to approved accounts on request. Your business name goes on the packing slip, not ours, so you can ship directly to your own customers.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order leaves the warehouse. You can also see every order and its tracking under your account.
