Shipping policy
Where we ship from
All orders ship from our warehouse in Brooklyn, New York. We currently ship within the United States.
Same-day dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff go out the next business day. We do not ship on Sundays or US public holidays.
Freight
- Orders over $500 — free ground shipping within the continental United States
- Orders under $500 — flat rate ground shipping, calculated at checkout
- Express shipping is available at checkout for time-sensitive orders
- Ground delivery reaches most of the Northeast corridor the next business day
Order minimum
The minimum order is $100. You can reach it with any mix of models, colours and categories — there is no minimum per SKU beyond a single piece.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order leaves the warehouse. Every order and its tracking is also visible under your account.
Blind dropshipping
Available on request. Your business name goes on the packing slip, not ours, so you can ship directly to your own customers.
International
We ship internationally by arrangement only. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Contact us before placing an international order so we can quote freight properly.
Delivery problems
If a shipment does not arrive within five business days of its expected date, email hdnywholesale@gmail.com or call (516) 435-0038 and we will trace it.
