What is the minimum order?

$100 across the whole basket, and one piece per SKU. Mix any models, colours and categories to get there.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 3 PM ET leave Brooklyn the same afternoon. Tri-state usually lands next business day on ground.

Something arrived damaged. What now?

Under five units we credit without photos — just e-mail your order number. Larger claims we handle case by case within 30 days.

Can I collect from the warehouse?

Yes. Order online, then come to the will-call counter on Liberty Ave, Monday to Saturday. No appointment needed.

Do you offer Net 30?

After your third paid order we can open terms. E-mail us with your business details and we will set it up.
